Parent to Parent – Trisomy 21 Parent Peer Program

The Trisomy 21 Program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is collaborating with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania to create the Trisomy 21 Parent Peer Program. This program gives parents, caregivers and siblings of individuals with Trisomy 21 ( Down Syndrome) who receive their services at CHOP, the social, emotional and informational support they need by matching them to a Parent Peer.  Parent Peers are family members who have experience and knowledge raising a child or adult with Down Syndrome and are willing to share what they have learned.  Additional information about the program is available in the attached brochure.
