Volunteering for the Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania Program
Our program could not exist without the volunteer Peer Supporters that give so willingly of their time, experiences and family wisdom with another family who may be just starting the journey of raising a child or adult with a disability or special need or is at a place where some additional support is appreciated. They are the lifeline of the program.
In addition to peer supporting, you can also help in the following ways:
- Volunteer to help your local Regional Coordinator exhibit at a conference and help spread the word about the Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania Program.
- Volunteer to help present at a statewide conference and to have the opportunity to share how the Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania program has helped you or your family. You may also have the chance to tell your family story!
