Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania is a statewide program administered by the Tuscarora
Intermediate Unit.

The Tuscarora Intermediate Unit is a regional educational service created by the
Pennsylvania state legislature and is therefore a local government unit of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Tuscarora Intermediate Unit can accept contributions and
designate them specifically to support the Parent to Parent program.

If you are interested in donating to the Parent to Parent program under this description,
please make your check payable to the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit with Parent to Parent of
Pennsylvania noted in the memo.

Charitable contributions to governmental units are tax-deductible under section 170(c) (1) of
the Internal Revenue Code if made for public purposes. If Internal Revenue Code section
501(c) (1) (3) non-profit status is required, contributions can be made to the Tuscarora
Intermediate Unit Foundation, Inc. with a designation for the Parent to Parent program. If
