Pediatric Therapy Family Connection program

April 4, 2011, Pediatric Therapy Professionals, Inc., an Infant/Toddler Early Intervention Provider serving families in ten counties in Western PA, collaborated with Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania to create the PTP Family Connection program. By being matched to a Parent Representative you have the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you have about the Early Intervention services you are receiving by someone who has already gone through the process. You may also be connected to a Parent Representative or a Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania Peer Supporter to discuss your child’s condition or any concerns that you have about your child outside of your early intervention services.  If you are interested in receiving support through this program, click the “Get Matched” button and complete the form and a Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania Regional Coordinator will contact you within 48 hours.
